Our training sessions are fun, intense, and community driven. If you find yourself lacking in motivation to workout, train for that race, or just haven’t found a good way to get started on your fitness journey, our exciting, welcoming classes are sure to be just the solution! Our classes are led by the best coaches anywhere, and designed to suit everyone from the beginner to the most experienced athletes. CrossFit

CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level.

We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you. No matter your current fitness level, you’ll find it challenging and rewarding. Our dedicated coaches ensure every session is tailored to meet your needs.

Roots Program:

Roots is not a watered-down version of our CrossFit program. Roots is CrossFit. The Roots program is delivered in small group sessions, focused on preparing you for your future training with the Grand Mesa CrossFit family.  Coached by a Grand Mesa CrossFit Coach, each Roots workout will challenge you, whether you’re fresh out of college athletics or fresh off of the couch. Whichever part of the “fit spectrum” you fall into, we’re excited to have you with us.

CrossFit Kids

Schedule During School Year:

5-11 year olds: 4 – 4:30pm T/Th
12-17 year olds: 5 – 6pm T/Th, 9am Saturday Morning

CrossFit Kids combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across Jim Cawley and Bruce Evans’ 10 General Physical Skills, with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development. Children and Teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development, and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation. For CrossFit Kids it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Our mission here at Grand Mesa CrossFit is to do exactly that; Give children a positive, safe, and fun environment to develop future leaders and athletes with a lifelong understanding and love of health and fitness. We will accomplish this by splitting kids into two groups set by age range, skill level and maturity. Classes will be structured according to the template outlined by the Crossfit Kids Trainer course

Run For Good Run Group

Programming includes interval training, distance, all terrain.

Personal Training

If you, like many other athletes, have reached a plateau or at least may not be making the type of progress you would like to be making, then consider joining us for a one-on-one training session. These sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals – especially when the WOD is just not enough to get you to where you want to be.
